Silver coin Bob and Bobby - Top Hat Rabbits proof
Silver coin Bob and Bobby - Top Hat Rabbits proof
Product description
Bob and Bobek have been entertaining us for nearly half a century. The rabbits from the hat are the first silver coin from the Czech Mint's collector's miniseries.
There was a man named Pokuston who owned two white rabbits. Fortunately, they weren't guinea pigs. Pokuston was a magician who entertained the audience by pulling Bob and Bobek out of a hat. One day, however, the top hat was forgotten in the meadow, and he travelled off in his caravan to parts unknown, and since then the ears have had to fend for themselves. To support themselves, they tried working on the construction site, at the pump or as carpenters. But they don't forget to have fun. That their good intentions usually don't meet with the expected result? No matter - that's the law of the grotesque...
The medal maker Petr Patka, DiS., dedicated the reverse side of the coin to rabbits in the form we know and love - Bob pulling Bobek out of Pokuston's hat. As the coins of the Czech Mint are issued with a foreign licence from the island of Niue, they also bear the portrait of King Charles III on the obverse side , the nominal value of 1 DOLLAR (NZD) and the year of issue 2025.
The silver coin comes with a special collector's album where you can store your complete collection of three rabbit coins.
