If people were unable to dream, the world around us would look completely different. After all, all human progress always begins with a dream of something that does not yet exist or that seems impossible. Whether it is a new technology or a work of art, our imagination first creates a basic concept -  a vague outline. When courage and perseverance are then added to imagination, creativity emerges, transforming the idea into reality. Creativity is not just the preserve of writers or inventors. It manifests itself whenever a person finds an unusual solution to a problem or dares to do something differently from others. In childhood, this ability knows no bounds, but adulthood often obscures it with rules, obligations and fears that our ideas are not good enough. Yet it is precisely the courage to imagine something that no one else can yet see that is often the first small step on the path to great change…

The reverse side of the coin depicts the embodiment of creative power in the form of an unbridled woman riding a horse, a symbol of movement and determination. She is surrounded by a variety of supernatural beings, representing extraordinary ideas. From above, the sun and moon look down upon her -  a reminder that true creativity works both day and night. All of this is depicted in high relief, enhanced by colouring. The obverse side is dedicated to decorative motifs and the necessary attributes of the coin’s issuer, the state of Liberia - it bears its coat of arms and the nominal value of 25 DOLLARS (LRD).
