People from all over the world ask the Infant Jesus of Prague for help, healing and peace. For that reason the Czech Mint used the religious symbol as a motif of a large gold coin weighing as a forty-ducat.

Is the miraculous power of the Infant Jesus of Prague real? Many people who thank him for favor would answer that question. A place where miracles can be found is located near to Malostranské Square. People have believed in the supernatural power of Child Jesus´ statue since the Thirty Years' War, when Polyxena of Lobkovice dedicated it to the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary. The noblewoman received the Infant Jesus as a wedding gift from her mother from Spain, who got it from her mother as she set out for marriage to far Bohemia. People noticed soon that Malá Strana had avoided problems, and judged that the Infant Jesus had saved them from the black death and the Swedes. The glory of statue that heals the lame people and  fulfill supplicant´s wishes spread to all corners of the planet. Despite the fact that they have no idea where Prague is situated, the Spaniards, Italians, Irish and Latino Americans pray to the Infant Jesus of Prague. In India, for example, the worship of Child Jesus is attended by thirty thousand people ...

High-weight coin was made by the medal maker Petra Brodská, DiS. The reverse side presents a statuette with a crown and sophisticated dress. Blessing baby is surrounded by decorative ornaments and a Czech-Latin inscription INFANT JESUS OF PRAGUE - JESULUS PRAGENSIS. The obverse side bears a decorative relief including the necessary attributes of the coin issuer. It bears the name and the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, the nominal value of 250 DOLLARS and the year of the issue 2019 since it is a coin issued with the foreign license of the island of Niue.
