Collector’s box - Animal Champions 2020

The inhabitants of the animal world are not equal - some are incredibly fast, some impressively strong, others unbearably loud, deadly poisonous or simply incredibly large. Why? Because it is an advantage over the species they compete with. We have always been fascinated by these extraordinary abilities and we try to use or imitate them for our benefit.

The Czech Mint will gradually introduce the best animals on the silver coins with patina from the cycle called Animal Champions. Their performance and achievements are indeed record-breaking, and the human ones are not significant in comparison to them.

The second year of the cycle presents:

• African elephant - the largest terrestrial creature
• Rhinoceros beetle - the strongest creature
• Sloth - the slowest mammal
• Shark - the creature with the best sense of smell

Each coin with an animal champion is stored in a special packaging in the form of a book. You can store the other four coins in this practical box.
