(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”)

2. Scope of the Accessibility Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies to the e-commerce service provided through websites available primarily at:

www.ceskamincovna.cz

The service primarily consists of the online offering and sale of products and related services through the online store.

This Statement applies to the digital components of the e-commerce service, in particular the websites, their content and functions that enable customers to browse the offer, search for products, obtain product information, add products to the shopping cart and place orders.

3. Legal Framework for Accessibility

The Provider strives to ensure that the service provided is accessible to the widest possible range of users, including persons with disabilities.

The accessibility of the service is assessed in particular with regard to the requirements set out in:

* Act No. 424/2023 Coll. on Accessibility Requirements for Certain Products and Services, as amended;

* Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

4. Compliance Status with Accessibility Requirements

Based on an analysis of the websites' compliance with accessibility requirements, a **lower level of compliance** with the relevant accessibility requirements has been identified.

The analysis identified shortcomings particularly in the following areas:

* accessibility of form elements;

* alternative text for images;

* page landmarks;

* semantic markup;

* keyboard operation and navigation.

The most significant identified shortcomings include deficiencies in the labelling and accessibility of certain form elements.

The Provider is aware of these shortcomings and is continuously working to address them.

5. Description of Accessibility Requirements and How They Are Met

The Provider strives to ensure that the information and functions provided as part of the e-commerce service are available to users in a manner that enables them to perceive, operate, understand and use them reliably.

To this end, the Provider particularly strives to:

* ensure a clear and logical content structure;

* use headings correctly and maintain an appropriate heading hierarchy;

* provide text alternatives for meaningful visual elements;

* use appropriate semantic markup;

* ensure sufficient identification of individual sections and functions of the website;

* ensure the accessibility of form elements;

* improve keyboard operation and navigation on the websites;

* continuously improve the accessibility of key e-commerce functions.

The accessibility of the websites and related functions is continuously evaluated, and identified shortcomings are gradually addressed as part of the development and modification of the service.

6. Known Accessibility Issues

Despite the Provider's efforts to ensure the accessibility of the service, several shortcomings were identified during the analysis.

6.1 Accessibility of Form Elements

Some form elements were found to have insufficient labelling or other shortcomings affecting their accessibility.

As a result, users of assistive technologies may in some cases have difficulty identifying the purpose of individual form fields or interacting correctly with form elements.

The Provider considers this area to be one of the priorities in addressing the identified shortcomings.

6.2 Alternative Text for Images

For some images, the alternative text was not assessed as sufficient from an accessibility perspective.

Where visual elements contain meaningful information, insufficient or missing alternative text may limit the availability of that information to users of screen readers.

6.3 Page Landmarks and Semantic Markup

On some pages, semantic markup and page landmarks were not used to a sufficient extent.

These elements can help users of assistive technologies navigate quickly and move between different sections of a page.

Their insufficient use may therefore make it more difficult to navigate the content.

6.4 Keyboard Operation

The analysis found that keyboard navigation is more difficult on some pages.

Users who operate websites primarily or exclusively using a keyboard may therefore experience difficulties navigating or operating certain parts of the websites.

7. Planned Measures to Improve Accessibility

The Provider will gradually address the identified shortcomings as part of the further development, maintenance and updating of the websites and related e-commerce functions.

The priorities include in particular:

* improving the labelling and accessibility of form elements;

* reviewing and supplementing alternative text for meaningful images;

* improving the use of semantic markup;

* adding or improving page landmarks;

* improving keyboard operability and navigation.

These measures are implemented gradually, taking into account technical possibilities and the ongoing development of the service.

8. Third-Party Content and Services

The service may also include components, content or services provided by third parties.

The Provider may not have full control over the technical solution, structure or level of accessibility of these external components.

If shortcomings are identified in components provided by third parties, the Provider will seek to eliminate them or reduce their impact to the extent permitted by its technical and contractual capabilities.

9. Feedback and Contact Details

The Provider welcomes feedback regarding the accessibility of the service provided.

11. Preparation of the Accessibility Statement

This Accessibility Statement was prepared on the basis of an assessment of the accessibility of the websites and the e-commerce service.

The assessment was carried out in the form of an analysis of the websites' compliance with the requirements arising in particular from Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Act No. 424/2023 Coll. on Accessibility Requirements for Certain Products and Services, as amended.

This Statement will be updated on an ongoing basis, in particular in response to significant changes to the service provided, measures implemented to improve accessibility, or new findings concerning the service's compliance with accessibility requirements.
