Silver medal Sign of Zodiac Leo with dedication proof

Silver medal from the Czech Mint’s 12 Signs of the Zodiac series features a relief dedicated to the sign of Leo, along with your personal engraved dedication.

The constellation Leo, known in Latin as Leo, is best observed from February through March. Its shape resembles the reclining king of the animals and not just any king. Leo shines in the sky as a memorial to the valiant Heracles and the first of his twelve legendary labors, which consisted of capturing a dangerous and invincible beast.

The designer of this silver medal is medalist MgA. Petra Čánská. She dedicated the obverse side of the coin to the lion, whose body traces the outline of the corresponding constellation. The composition is completed by the Czech-Latin inscription LEV – LEO, the corresponding astrological symbol, and a stylized sun. The reverse side, framed by ornamental decoration, is reserved for engraved text, which can take the form of a personal message, a name, a year, or a quote. The only limitation is the length of the text.
