As bullion coins are primarily a financial instrument that can have many owners in their lifetime, they are usually minted in the so-called quality standard. As the coins of the Czech Mint are issued with the licence of a foreign issuer, which is the island of Niue, their obverse side bears its necessary elements - the name and portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, the nominal value of 2 DOLLARS (NZD) and the year of issue 2022.

In 2022, 5 years have passed since the first "Czech Lion", therefore, the gilded numeral 5 appears in the relief of the mintage on that occasion. The coin is placed in a special numbered packaging.
