The Coyote silver coin called Wilda is as funny as his iconic animated cartoon.

Wilda the Coyote is constantly hungry, but the bird he would like to feast on, the Oystercatcher, keeps eluding him. In fact, the cheerful feathered creature is incredibly fast and very lucky. The cunning Wilda does not rely only on his teeth or animal instincts to hunt. Instead, he is a loyal customer of ACME company that produces all sorts of inventions, devices and gadgets. Crazy vehicles, explosives, disguises or traps rarely work as they should. But even though Wilda is a perpetual underdog, he never gives up. Bumps, fractures and burns heal and the endless chase across the American desert can continue…

 The hilarious design of the leaky coin references the iconic gag where Wilda crashes into a rock and leaves a coyote-shaped outline behind. The additional reverse design features the logo of ACME, Wilde's real-life adversary. The obverse side is then dedicated to the necessary attributes of the issuer, which is the island of Niue - i.e. the national emblem, the nominal value of TWO DOLLARS (NZD) and the year of issue 2023. The coin was minted with official license by Warner Bros. by the New Zealand Mint team.

The packaging takes the form of the exact box that ACME ships its products in.
